Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms apply to this website, the Linkee app at app.linkee.live and the Linkee browser extension. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who provides Linkee

Linkee is operated by a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine under the trading name “Linkee”. Contact: info@linkee.live.

2. What Linkee is

Linkee is a workspace for people who buy and sell backlinks: a marketplace where site owners list their sites and buyers send requests, and a tracker that regularly checks recorded links. What each feature does and what it does not do is described on How it works and How Linkee checks a link.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 and give a working email address.
  • Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done in your account and in workspaces you own.
  • A workspace owner decides who joins the workspace and what each member can see and do.

4. The marketplace

  • A deal is between the buyer and the seller. Linkee provides the tools — requests, article approval, placement checks, acceptance — but is not a party to the deal and does not guarantee its result.
  • Prices are in Linkee credits. Credits are an internal unit of account: they have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
  • Sellers list only sites they control and must confirm ownership before listing. Sites are not moderated before they appear in the catalog.
  • You are responsible for making sure that what you buy and publish complies with the law and with the rules of search engines and other platforms you rely on.

5. Link checks and site data

Link checks and figures about sites (archive history, domain records, Domain Rating, traffic from connected accounts) are information to help you decide. A check can miss something — for example, when a site blocks access or recognises the checker — and figures from third parties can be wrong or out of date.

6. What you must not do

  • List or buy links on sites you have no right to use, or publish unlawful content.
  • Try to access other people’s accounts or workspaces, or break or overload the service.
  • Scrape the catalog or resell access to Linkee without our written permission.
  • Pretend to be someone else.

7. Your content

What you put into Linkee stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you and the people you share it with. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

Linkee is developing actively: features may change, appear or be removed. We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Liability

Linkee is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost rankings or traffic, or for the actions of other users, including the other side of a deal.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Linkee at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where possible, we will tell you why first.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking to you; if that fails, it goes to the courts of Ukraine. This does not take away consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

12. Changes to these terms

We update the date at the top when these terms change. Significant changes take effect 14 days after we publish them and notify account holders by email.
